I just re-read my last entry and then stood on the scale. Why am I making this so hard? It is really easy. Stay on plan, lose weight. How straight forward do you want it to be.
I love looking at people’s weight stats on the message board. It is nice to see some 125 pound people that were, at one time, close or even 200 pounds. It has been done. I can do it.
