I called my doctor today and he will not agree to a custom orthodic. He wants me to ice, massage, stretch, repeat five times a day for the next six weeks and to wear a “good” arch support.
I am going to track practice tonight. I am praying for a miraculous recovery, with no pain, discomfort or anything else.
We got the fridge. We have to remove the baseboard to get it in. Great. At least the food is in.
I have been so busy doing crap around here, I can hardly see straight. When I look around though, it does not look like I have done a thing. So frustrating. Someone please tell me how the laundry gets piled up all the time, when I work so hard to get it done all the time? Even better, tell me how to get it in the drawers and closets after it is washed and dried. Forget ironing. That shit sucks. Personally, if it requires ironing, I am not interested in wearing it. Ugh. So much to do.
The good news is my foot is feeling much better. I am ready for Sue Krenn on Saturday mentally. Physically, we will see what happens. Until I am completely healed, I am going to do long runs and track two days a week and cross-train the other five.
Food. Oh boy. I have not been following through with counting points. I have been sticking all kinds of crap in my mouth. I think I am pre-menstrual again. The milk supply is down. The scale is up. I HATE THIS!
Anyway, this is my daily update. I will check in later with news about the bum foot.
