Hola

I had a very productive day.  It started with an hour and a half at the gym, then to the grocery store for this week’s meal plan (in my sweaty gym clothes no less), then back home for some chores (yeah me).  I ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill, then spent another 20 minutes on the stairclimber.  All and all, a great workout.

I was really affected by the exhibit this past weekend—if not traumatized.  I got some prenatal vitamins today and vow to begin my healthy lifestyle today, as if I am already pregnant.   I am motivated again (finally) to get back in shape and eat healthy again.

Much more to report, but it is getting late.

Wow — sounds like you got a lot done. I haven’t been to the gym lately & I miss it. I definitely need to get back into a regular work out routine.

Your exhibit sounds much more graphic (and gross, quite frankly) than the one I saw. I don’t blame you for being traumatized.

I think it did me some good to see the exhibit, but then, some of it was a bit over the top. My mom and dad’s exhibit they saw in Copenhagen this summer was not as weird (or as long) as ours was. Only in L.A., LOL.

I am thinking about doing that run for Taylor. I hope to see you there! :) It would be great to catch up.
