Six Pound Loss Since Friday

I am going to weigh-in today. I am leaving once Allison, our little late sleeper wakes up. I just got on the scale and I have lost six pounds since weigh-in on Friday. I am under 190 again.

The receptionist at Weight Watchers can suck it!
