Boot Camp Consultation
I had my boot camp nutrition consultation this morning, at the gym. I was pleased with the consultation; less than pleased with my fitness evaluation. I was glad to know that my biceps are at 12% body fat. Yeah, arms. Arms need to consult with thighs. I have less back fat than I previously believed. I cannot really see what is going on on my backside, without doing contortionist-type of moves. Even then, the view is limited. Despite my PMS and fully clothed, my weight is down a total of 16 pounds since October. I have lost about 25 inches since October. I still have work to do. Now, it is time to work on toning and building more muscle.
Muscle burns fat, you know? I need all the help I can get.
I have committed to another month of boot camp after this. Coach Jake has committed to kicking my ass, five days a week. Everybody wins here.
My mom was totally inspired by my desire to get daily ass-kickings and has signed up with about five or six of her co-workers to boot camp near her. Evidently, ass-kickings have totally become popular these days.
